Our initiatives stem from the conviction that the growth of a Group also depends on the ability to generate value for the people and communities in which it operates. It is through the strength of our networks that we promote initiatives of social and charitable impact, which respond to the needs of the territories with the active role of our structures and our collaborators. It is a path that safeguards environmental aspects, in the conviction that every organisation can contribute, in its own field, to more responsible and sustainable development.

Initiatives in Italy

Construction and soil protection

The Tecnocasa Group, through La Ducale S.p.A., promotes a sustainable real estate culture, oriented towards energy efficiency and the built units quality. The strategy is based on urban regeneration and the enhancement of existing structures, with the aim of reducing land usage and of generating environmental and social benefits. It strives to improve urban quality and the well-being of communities. In 2024 and 2025 the Group launched 2 important re-qualification operations, returning sustainable spaces to the territory. Operations aimed at the realisation of real estate projects oriented towards housing quality, accessibility and social inclusion throughout the entire life cycle of the assets.

Rho (MI):

demolition of 275,000 m³ of disused industrial buildings on a surface of approximately 25,000 m² and recovery of over 45,000 m² of contaminated areas.

Alassio (SV):

demolition of 25,000 m³ of a former disused hospital on an area of approximately 3,000 m² and remediation of the asbestos roofing.
