(hereinafter Tecnocasa), in accordance with article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”) and in accordance with Recommendation No. 2/2001 gathered by the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46 / EC, provides you information on the processing of your personal data during your visit to the websites www.tecnocasa.it and www.tecnorete.it (hereinafter “Sites”).

DATA RETENTION, LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

    The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate these Sites acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning, the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could enable identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties.

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Data may be transferred to non-EU Countries on the basis of an European Commission's adequacy decision in accordance with article 45 of the GDPR or after signing with data importer the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted/approved by the European Commission in accordance with article 46, 2, letters c) and d) of the GDPR.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

The personal data are processed with automatic instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

You have the right to obtain from the Controller access to your personal data as well as rectification or erasure of such data, their integration or the restriction of the processing concerning them in the cases referred to in article 18 of the GDPR and you have the right to object the processing in case of legitimate interests of the Controller.
Furthermore, in the case where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out with automated tools, you have the right to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit the data to another data Controller without obstruction, where technically feasible.
You have the right to lodge anytime a complaint with the Data Protection Officer and to use other legal means provided for in the legislation.
